This project aims to identify the main distractors in the face-to-face laboratory sessions, where students have the greatest freedom to plan their activity and use of time, and determine how many and which are direct consequence of the use of technology.

Laboratory sessions free of digital distractions will be carried out and evaluated, in which students commit to use technology only for purposes related to the task to be performed.
